FLIGHTS
Please book your flights into CUN - Cancun airport, it is the closest airport to the haciendas. The haciendas are about an hour away from the airport in the Riviera Maya.
ARRIVAL: Thursday April 30th 2026
DEPARTURE: Sunday May 3rd 2026
Brittany and her MOH Julianna are both excellent at finding flight deals. We will be sending out an email when we find a good deal to CUN.

TRANSPORTATION
We will be coordinating shuttle services in passenger vans & grouping by each arrival flight.
The transport company would pick up at the airport upon arrival and bring everyone back on departure day. Costs will be dependent on how many people fly in on the same flights, but we are looking to keep it less than $30-50 per person round trip.
PASSPORTS & TRAVEL TIPS
You will need your passport! If you do not have a passport, typical passport timeline is 4-6 weeks once it has been mailed. A “passport card” will not work for the flight, you will need a regular passport book.
TIP: If your passport is nearing expiration or within six months of our trip, it is generally recommended that you apply for a renewal before the trip!

GLOBAL ENTRY: If you travel often you probably already know- but Global Entry is the best thing ever on an international trip. Its like a fast pass line through customs back into the states.
